Wee Break Midlothian - Grants Available

Wee Break Midlothian has Short Breaks Funding available.

Adult carers, who are caring for someone over 21 years of age, can apply for funding to support activities that would give them a break from their caring role.

Breaks can include organising a weekend away, purchasing equipment to take up a hobby, attending a local fitness class or hiring someone to spend time with the person they care for while they go to a class or group.

Average grants are in the region of £200 – £350, however grants of up to £500 will be considered for those in greatest need.
