Group - Social (Mental Health) - Pink Ladies
Free 8 week motivational confidence building programmes and workshops for women with mental health issues experiencing stress, anxiety or depression.
Their courses are usually 2 hours once a week (usually 10am to 12 midday) and are for women only. They aim to have a relaxed atmosphere with friendly peer supporters.
